After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kimm moved to LA to work in the entertainment industry. She learned the real estate business in Southern CA where she was an agent for a couple of years prior to relocating to Franklin in early 2004. Having lived in over a dozen cities in four states and two countries, Kimm truly understands the unique needs of those relocating to Middle Tennessee from out of the area. Kimm has been a licensed REALTOR proudly serving her clients' needs since 2002.
